Location: English Bay Beach, Vancouver Started at 8:00pm. Ended at 11pm. 3 hours.
Rude Andrew-tate-lookalike asked me to come closer to him only to open my cooler without my permission. He was unimpressed by the contents. I think he was hoping i was selling beer. He said something rude to me. I was pissed, but I told myself that I'm here to listen and not cause conflict, so I walked away without responding to him to set up my cooler. How do I deal with people like these? Have you had people mess with your listening table?
Darryl and Helen. Husband and wife. I parked my cooler next to them and I'm glad I did. The most friendly Vancouverites I have met. Great energy. I bonded with them greatly and was featured on Helen's instagram live. I don't know if many viewers saw the live. i didn't care and was more interested in listening to Darryl, who was very talkative.
Ukrainian 2nd grader. We spoke in Russian. Wholesome conversation. She was born in Turkey and lived there for 6 years before moving to Canada with her parents and little sister. She wanted to speak more with me, but her parents had to go.
